Qidong Linchong Electric Measuring Appliance Co., Ltd. is located in Qidong, Jiangsu, known as the "north Shanghai with the charm of the river and sea". The fertile land where rivers and seas intersect not only nurtures the open and inclusive spirit of this city, but also forges our corporate character of striving for excellence and never stopping.
The company was founded in March 2001. For more than 20 years, we have always adhered to independent research and development and deep technological cultivation, and have grown from a start-up enterprise to a leader in the field of soft magnetic alloy iron cores in China.
The company currently has a modern production base covering an area of over 3500 square meters, with a building area of over 6000 square meters. It is equipped with more than 100 advanced equipment including fully automatic high-temperature hydrogen furnaces, fully automatic circular winding machines, intelligent punching machines, and high-precision shearing and rolling machines. It has a strong production capacity of 15 million iron cores and shielding components per year, with a daily heat treatment capacity of over 1000 kilograms.
At present, the company has more than 60 employees, of which engineers and above technical talents account for about 20%, forming a professional, solid and dynamic R&D and production team, providing solid guarantees for continuous product innovation and stable quality.
In the field of magnetic shielding technology, the company has achieved a milestone breakthrough. Since its establishment, we have selected high-performance alloy materials from both domestic and foreign sources, and successfully independently developed a special hydrogen annealing furnace core process. We can produce a full range of high-precision products including Permalloy iron cores, shielding iron cores, and microcrystalline iron cores, with a maximum outer diameter of 1200 millimeters. Our magnetic shielding products have surpassed international competitors in key performance, marking a new technological height in this field.
With stable and reliable product performance, we have won the trust of many well-known domestic enterprises. The company's shielded iron core is widely used in precision instruments and equipment with high reliability requirements, such as semiconductor manufacturing, aerospace satellites, armed helicopters, and shipbuilding industry.
At the same time, we have maintained long-term strategic cooperation with top institutions, including the China Electric Power Research Institute, the China National Weapon Equipment Group Research Institute, related institutes of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a number of ship research institutions, to jointly promote the iteration and innovation of industry technology.
